Modifying suspension for most people usually starts and stops with lowering a car using springs or coilovers… And that's where the problems begin. Changing the ride height on a car changes everything else. Toe settings and camber angles goes to shit and always resulting in a poor drivability. Having the correct suspension setup involves more than just ride height, it always requires having the corrected camber angles, and proper toe settings as well. This is always overlooked all because the way people seem to test the drivability of a car is to drive it straight. By lowering a car equally on both sides, you will always create an even toe-in or toe-out condition. Your car will drive straight since the toe is either pulling or pushing evenly, and unless you know what to feel for, it will also drive like shit. Having the toe settings off will create a unwanted over/under steer condition.
